Job Description
Implementing follow-up and field monitoring of the organization’s activities and projects, ensuring the quality of implementation and submitting accurate field reports on time.
Requirements
Previous experience in field work or monitoring and evaluation.
Good reporting and data collection skills.
Ability to move and work within field teams.
High communication skills and the ability to deal with the local community.
Preferably those with experience in humanitarian work or international organizations.
Responsibilities
Carrying out field visits and collecting the required data.
Follow up on the implementation of activities and ensure their compliance with the approved plan.
Preparing field reports and raising observations and challenges.
Communicating with beneficiaries and relevant authorities during field work.
Contribute to documenting field activities and results.
Commitment to humanitarian work standards and organization policies.
