Job Description
Contributing to the management and organization of warehouses with high efficiency, ensuring that materials and supplies are preserved in a safe and organized manner, while following up on receipt and disbursement operations in accordance with the approved systems and procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience in warehouse or warehouse management.
Ability to use inventory records and forms.
High organizational skills and precision in work.
Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.
Preferably those with experience in humanitarian work or organizations.
Responsibilities
Receiving materials and aid and ensuring their conformity with official documents.
Organizing and arranging inventory within warehouses according to safety and storage standards.
Following up on disbursement and delivery operations and documenting them accurately.
Preparing periodic reports on stock movement and inventory.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damage.
Maintaining the cleanliness and security of warehouses and stored contents.
