Supervising the management and operation of the Aden Creative Center and following up on the daily workflow

High skills in organization, time management, and following up on daily tasks
• The ability to follow up on the center’s operational and logistical needs, including purchases, maintenance, and equipment.
• High ability to follow up on several tasks with high efficiency.
• Excellent skills in communication and coordination with various entities and individuals
• Previous experience in project management and cultural management

• Interest and passion for the cultural and artistic field and community work
• Ability to prepare technical and financial reports and periodic follow-up

Supervising the management and operation of the Aden Creative Center and following up on the daily workflow
• Coordinating and implementing the Centre’s activities, events, exhibitions and training workshops
• Organizing the use of the center’s various facilities, including the studio and the center’s halls
• Receiving artists and beneficiaries, organizing reservations and scheduling use
• Follow up on the center’s operational and logistical needs and raise purchase and maintenance requests
• Supervising the documentation and archiving of the centre’s activities, events and outputs
• Coordination with the organization’s team, partners, and other creative centers
• Contributing to developing cooperation opportunities and attracting new beneficiaries and artists
• Contributing to increasing the center’s revenues through managing and renting the halls and available spaces
