Full supervision of the company's cost system and ensuring its accuracy and effectiveness.

Preparing and analyzing monthly and annual cost reports.
Follow up on direct and indirect production costs and identify deviations and their causes.
Develop cost policies and procedures in accordance with company objectives.
Inventory control and cost analysis of raw materials, in-process products and finished products.
Collaborate with production and engineering departments to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
Preparing product pricing studies based on actual and expected costs.
Leading the cost team, developing their skills and improving their performance.
Participate in preparing estimated budgets and analyzing variances.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
At least 5-7 years of experience in the field of cost accounting within industrial companies.
Strong knowledge of costing systems.
High analytical skills and ability to prepare advanced financial reports.
Excellent proficiency in using ERP and Excel programs.
Leadership skills and the ability to manage a work team.
High precision in work and ability to work under pressure.
